The Pontiac Rotary is raising funds for scholarships through raffling a trip to Hawaii, happening Friday evening at 5:30 at the Pontiac VFW.

Rotarian Linda Schneeman explains a person’s chances to win.

“It’s a Hawaiian Vacation for Two raffle. The ticket includes dinner for two … There will be ten plus ten drawings for $50 plus the raffle for $2,000 cash or vacation. Only 175 tickets will be sold. The last ticket drawn will be a trip or the $2,000 cash,” Schneeman said.

Tickets are $50 and can be purchased from any local Rotarian. Schneeman and Marlon Eilts will be guests on the 6:45 Community Forum Thursday morning, with more details of this event.
