“Sweet Dreams and Honky Tonks” coming to Pontiac

“Sweet Dreams and Honky Tonks – The music and lives of Hank Williams, Loretta Lynn, Patsy Cline and Johnny Cash” is coming to the Eagle Performing Arts and Conference Center April 29.

Producer and co-star Tom Waselchuck explains what people will experience when attending the show.

“We’re not trying to imitate those artists – Hank or Loretta or Patsy or Johnny – it’s a true review. It’s a collection of most of their most famous and best love songs, and we’ve interspersed the songs with some stories and anecdotes about their lives and careers – some things country fans in particular might know, but there’s some background information that people might not have known,” Wiselchuck said.
