After more than 30 years of service to the citizens of Livingston County, Dwight native Scott Spray is retiring from the Livingston County Probation Department.
Director Ron Baker talked about Spray’s career from April 1, 1986 to this past February.
“Scott will be missed by the department. Certainly he has been here my entire career and a good chunk of the time that all of us who currently work here have been here. My fondest memory is he was very crucial to me when I started my initial training in those first few years, but definitely has been a big part of some of the more important programs we’ve had, particularly community service and will be missed. At the same time, I’m very happy for him because he gets to pursue some of his interests and enjoy some free time and he’s definitely earned that,” Baker said.
