The Fairbury Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting a mayor candidate forum Monday evening.

Executive Director Rebekah Fehr said Kaci Zimmerman, Brian Meints, David Slagel and Seth Welch will be answering questions submitted by the public.

“Well, this is the first time in recent history where four people have run for mayor and some of the candidates are not very well known, so the Chamber of Commerce decided to have a mayoral forum to introduce the public to the people running for office and be able to ask them themselves some questions,” Fehr said.

The program is from 7 to 9 at the Prairie Central High School Gymnasium in Fairbury.
