Fresh Fare: Be My Valentine with Evenglow Inn and the University of Illinois Extension office is happening Tuesday, February 14 from 6 to 7 p.m. at Evenglow Inn in Pontiac.

Registered Dietician Jenna Smith will be teaching the program.

“No one wants to spend Valentine’s Day by themselves, and so this is going to be a really fun program that’s going to give you the tools to be able to cook a four course meal in no time. You’ll be able to see a nice, healthy meal that is quick and easy to prepare and I think that’s what we all really love. We’d love it if you could come. Let us make this Valentine’s Day dinner for you, so you don’t have to cook or do the dishes,” Smith said.
