The Vermillion Players will be performing “Things My Mother Taught Me” the first two weekends in February at the Eagle Performing Arts and Conference Center.

Cast member Lisa Mayback describes the show.

“I feel it’s relatable, as far as being a mother and a daughter, because we all know that we have a hard time accepting our children as grown up adults. My character actually drives cross country because, of course, her sweet little baby boy is gong to need her help in moving into an apartment. He can’t do it on his own. And also, as a daughter, you know that’s kind of how our parents were to us. So, there’s a lot of humor that people will find relatable on both sides, whether they’re an adult child or the parent,” Mayback said.

Show dates are February 3-5 and 10-12. For more information or to purchase tickets, contact the Eagle Box Office at 844-1187.
