I’m guessing just about all of us has had some type of a hangover. Now, there are alcohols that have given me worse hangovers than others. Vodka has treated me bad and so has wine, which I love! Researchers in Australia found that if you stick to WHITE WINE and avoid red, you’re less likely to have a bad hangover the next day. It’s because red wine has compounds called congeners, and those are the biggest reason for bad hangovers. The darker the wine, the more it has . . . and the worse the hangover. Well, that explains it, always red wine for me!
