“Travel and Leisure” magazine just released a list of the best cities in the world, and Charleston, South Carolina came in NUMBER ONE. The list is based on a survey about a city’s sights and landmarks, culture, food, friendliness, shopping, and value. The complete list of the top 10 American cities is New Orleans, Savannah, Santa Fe, New Mexico . . . Nashville, Tennessee . . . San Francisco . . . Chicago . . . New York . . . Austin, Texas . . . and Asheville, North Carolina.
