The fifth annual Wine and Craft Beer Tasting Party and Root Beer Sampling benefitting Sullivan’s Irish Brigade Relay for Life Team is happening Saturday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Pontiac VFW.
Included in the day’s events are door prizes, a silent auction and a 50/50 drawing. Team Captain Mary Jo Sullivan explained some other events planned for the day.
“One thing that we’re going to do with the baskets – if someone doesn’t want to go through the bidding process, they can buy it now for full value. We have some prizes and it has to do with ice cream,” Sullivan said.
Tickets are a $5 donation in advance and $5 at the door.
