OSF Saint James-John W. Albrecht Medical Center is hosting a free mini wellness fair from 1 to 3 p.m. Thursday, March 3, in the medical center’s main lobby.

Community Relations Coordinator for OSF HealthCare Pam Meiner said this event will be full of information on such topics as heart health, stroke risks and symptoms, nutrition and physical activity.

“We’ll have about ten tables in our lobby, staffed by our OSF colleagues, and they’ll have information on a variety of topics and even someone there to talk about OSF MyHealth, which is our patient portal where people can go online and leave messages, look for test results, request an appointment and so on,” Meiner said.

No registration is required to attend this event, which is a joint effort between the OSF Saint James employee wellness committee and the Center for Healthy Lifestyles at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center.
