So a Queens police officer who has been accused of accessing a suspect’s nude photos is having trouble finding legal representation.

This officer is being sued for allegedly accessing 20 nude photos and five videos on her iPhone that were meant for her boyfriend only.

Our question is, right or wrong, why keep those photos on your phone? If you took them for your significant other, why not delete them as soon as the eyes they were intended for saw them?
