Some of the things that researchers have noticed about our most addictive favorite foods are that they’re processed and high in fat!
UGH! We just can’t enjoy anything anymore, it seems.
Others topping the list include chocolate, chips, cookies, ice cream and French fries.
Items NOT topping the list?
Cucumbers. Cucumbers was at the bottom of the list.
Others include carrots, beans, apples, brown rice, broccoli and bananas.
