The 65th Annual Thresherman’s Parade is happening Sunday in Pontiac.
The parade steps off from the corner of South and Mill streets at 1:15 and will include more than 120 entries.
Members of the Pontiac Area Chamber of Commerce Board were guests on a recent Community Forum, and they brought former Chamber CEO Cheri Lambert with them to talk about the details of the parade.
“The crowd makes this parade so important,” said Lambert. “We can’t thank the community enough for coming together for such a special event.”
The parade’s Grand Marshal is Richard Alderman, who will lead the floats in the aptly-themed parade “Music Makes the World Go ‘Round.”
