The Pontiac Fire Department responded to a stove fire around 11:24 Monday night.

According to the report at the department, the fire occurred at 15 Garden Avenue on the south side of Pontiac. Upon arrival, a Livingston County Sheriff’s Deputy had put the fire out with a fire extinguisher and firefighters ventilated the home and cleared the scene.

There were no injuries reported.
