Pontiac police have arrested 20-year-old Aaron Harmon of Pontiac for a series of vehicle burglaries on Thursday morning. The vehicles involved were unlocked and parked outside in Vermilion Estates and the Westview subdivision, where residents started reporting burglaries shortly before 7 a.m. Two residents provided a description, and officers identified Harmon based on that information. A search warrant was executed and several stolen items were found at Harmon’s home. Harmon is charged with burglary from a motor vehicle and is currently being held at the Livingston County Jail. The investigation is ongoing. Pontiac police are holding several items that have not yet been reported missing.
