Did you hear about the monkey that was running lose at an IKEA store in Canada the other day? The little fellow was photographed in a designer coat running frightened all over the parking lot before he was caught. Turns out he had slipped out of his owner’s car and was looking for her. Little Darwin, that’s his name, was taken away by the Canadian version of Animal Control, never to be returned. Here’s why, it’s illegal to keep these monkeys as pets in Canada. The owner was even fined $240 bucks. The problem now is that the monkey is heartbroken! Darwin is misbehaving and not eating because he wants to go back to his human mama! The owner says the little guy can’t live without her and wants him back. What will be the fate of little Darwin? Can’t a monkey just have his human back?
