The aftermath of Hurricane Sandy has devastated much of the East Coast. Three days later, people are still stranded, some without power and running out of food and water. The President toured New Jersey yesterday with Governor Chris Christie assessing the damage and finding out that things are more dire than anyone imagined. The famous Jersey Shore in particular has been desecrated! The actual boardwalk itself in pieces! Believe it or not Hurricane Sandy did more damaged in one day than even the crazy MTV kids have done in five years! Billions and billions of dollars in damage and years of rebuilding will not bring the coast back to what it once was. Lives have been lost, homes destroyed, but hope remains. Our President vowing to the victims that they will be helped and not forgotten.

Weather Channel meteorologist Jim Cantore told David Letterman that what happened on the East Coast was the worst case scenario. He would know, he has covered 90 hurricanes in his times as a weather guy! If Cantore tells you this is the worst thing he has seen, you better believe it!
