Livingston County experienced its first frost of the season this weekend as well as this morning. The good news is that it wasn’t a severe frost and most vegetation should have been spared from any damage.

Although the frost came a little earlier than usual it is not uncommon to see it occur by this time in September. The National Weather Service’s forecast is calling for more moderate evening temperatures for the remainder of the week.
