Chicago Bears set to interview one of their legends
9:07AM Thursday
January 10, 2013

Chicago Bears fans rejoice! One of our own may be coming home! The word on Michigan Avenue is that Mike Singletary will be interviewed by the Bears organization to fill the head coaching position! But wait, before you get too excited, remember he had a miserable showing as head coach of the San Francisco 49ers! Singletary is currently employed under his Bears teammate Leslie Frazier at the Minnesota Vikings as a special assistant and linebackers’ coach.

The Bears also interviewed their own special teams coach for the position among coaches from other organizations, none of which are head coaches. Maybe they should interview Rob Ryan who was fired from the Dallas Cowboys or Tony Sparano who was fired from Rob’s twin brother’s team the Jets. Just throwing some names out there. I really have no opinion on this, cos we all know the McCaskey’s do whatever they want to do, most of the time making no sense in their decision making.
