Carrie Fisher, who played Princess Leia in the Star Wars Trilogy, has been hospitalized after an incident on a cruise ship. She appeared on stage as a special guest performer and apparently it wasn’t pretty! Fisher suffers from bi-polar disorder and it was feared she was having some kind of a manic episode associated with that or she was seriously intoxicated. She was joined onstage by her dog that piddled while she was singing. She continued to try to sing barefoot and off key. It was sad to see really, but a spokesperson for her says her medication has been adjusted and she is feeling better. Thankfully!

Yep, she wants to improve her image so she is considering mentoring at a gym for underprivileged girls. The actress would mentor cheerleading hopefuls. Actress-cheerleading? I don’t see the connection.

Dancing with the Stars pro Maksim is not returning to the next season of the show. He says there isn’t bad blood; he just wants to pursue other opportunities that have come his way because of his exposure on the show. Nothing ugly here, he just feels it’s time to move on after 7 years.
