An arrest warrant has been issued for Jacob Roach of Cornell. Officials in LaSalle County issued the warrant after Roach was reportedly involved with an incident in Streator. Police say Roach fled, eventually crashing his car--a car that was reported stolen in Livingston County. Roach is now linked with a series of crimes throughout central Illinois. The investigation continues in both LaSalle and Livingston Counties.
