The Livingston County Farm Bureau is one of the hosts for an agriculture event coming up January 30th in Bloomington. Livingston County Farm Bureau director Teresa Grant-Quick says the day is going to start with breakfast at 7:30, with great farm safety presentations and demonstrations for the rest of the event.
Everything is happening at the new ASMARK agricenter, just west of Bloomington on Route 9. Grant-Quick says it's a state of the art facility that is the perfect setting for discussing a variety of farm safety issues.
More information is available at the Livingston County Farm Bureau at 842-1103. Participants must register with the Livingston County Farm Bureau by Friday, January 25th. The event is sponsored by the Livingston and Mclean County Farm Bureaus and Prairie Central Co-op, with additional support coming from a farm safety grant from the Illinois Farm Bureau and Country Financial.
