Economic development group to seat new board next week
Economic development group to seat new board next week
A local economic development group is making a final push prior to its re-organization. Members of the Greater Livingston County Economic Development Council’s steering committee continue promoting the group as it moves toward a re-organizational meeting one week from today. GLCEDC member Ron Minneart hopes for a large turnout next week. Around 45 invested members have made commitments to the organization, representing almost 230 thousand dollars in public and private investments. The investments made during the 2008 calendar year will roll over into all of 2009. To contact the group, the e-mail address is: glcedc@mchsi.com.
