Historic plane moved from Pontiac to Cullom
Historic plane moved from Pontiac to Cullom
 If the grassy area near the Billet Road on the south edge of Pontiac, seems like it’s missing something…it is. The A-7 fighter plane that sat on the land has been moved to Cullom. Local American Legion Commander George Knudsen says Post 78 has decided to give the plane to the Cullom American Legion, because of costly insurance coverage. Knudsen says the Vietnam-era plane was used by the Navy. The local landmark sat next to the Billet Road for several years.
