A Pontiac boy is facing a number of charges, stemming from last weekend’s shooting incident outside the County Market store. The 13-year-old is charged with possessing a firearm without a FOID card, unlawful possession of a stolen firearm, and aggravated discharge of a firearm. 20-year-old Ronald Porter Junior of Chicago reportedly asked the juvenile to hand him a .25 caliber semi-automatic pistol, and authorities say Porter then fired shots in the direction of a group of people. Porter faces similar charges.
