New Associate Judge chosen for Livingston County
New Associate Judge chosen for Livingston County

A Pontiac native has been selected as an associate judge. Mark Fellheimer will fill the vacancy of current Associate Judge Jennifer Bauknecht, when she starts her term as Circuit Judge to replace the retiring Harold Frobish. Frobish’s retirement goes into effect July 14. Fellheimer has practiced law with his father since 1997 and has experience with criminal and civil law. Fellheimer is married with three kids and is a member of the state bar association and the Livingston County bar association. He’ll be sworn in on July 17. There are eleven circuit judges and nine associate circuit judges who serve the eleventh judicial circuit comprised of Ford, Livingston, Logan, McLean and Woodford Counties.
