There will be no Livingston County spelling bee this year. Regional School Superintendent Mark Jontry says the decision was made, due to budget constraints with the event sponsors. CLICK FOR SOUND The spelling bees in McLean and Dewitt Counties won’t happen either. Jontry says this means there will not be a regional grand final bee. The event could return down the road, if economic conditions improve.
