Public comment on a proposed northern Livingston County wind farm concluded last night. The company that wants to develop the Streator Cayuga Ridge Wind Project will respond to the public testimony on May 20 at Pontiac Township High School. Closing arguments in the hearing process will be presented on May 21, also at the high school. Both hearings will start at 7 p.m. The Livingston County Zoning Board of Appeals will possibly make a recommendation to the county board this summer.
