Click here to see the Pontiac Walldog Murals!
Organizers of this past weekend’s Pontiac Summer Bash are calling the event a big success. PROUD Executive Director Lori Fairfield is pleased with the way things went, while the “Walldogs” were in town, except for a little rain which put a damper on Saturday night's entertainment. Sunday's activities included a big birthday bash for Abraham Lincoln in downtown Pontiac, featuring the Lincoln impersonator. Also, the Walldogs hosted mural tours and the Pontiac Women’s Club held its annual Garden Walk. Also included in the Pontiac Summer Bash was the Hang Loose Car show and cruise ins, the Mighty Vermillion Duck Race and Heritage Days.
