Several fire crews responded to a house fire Tuesday morning in Dwight.

The Dwight Fire Protection District said crews were dispatched to the 500 block of Morris Road around 10:20 a.m.

When firefighters arrived, they were able to determine that no one was in the house. It took crews about 30 minutes to extinguish the flames.

The cause of the fire is under investigation, but initial reports indicate there was no foul play involved.

Pontiac, Odell, Emington, Cullom, Braceville, Coal City, Morris, Gardner, and Braidwood fire crews assisted with the blaze.
