The Pontiac Area Chamber of Commerce held an official ribbon cutting at Route 66 Nutrition Tuesday morning.

Co-owner Rachel Schopp-Regenold said this store is a unique one for Pontiac.

“It is actually the only place in Pontiac to get a full healthy meal. Pretty cheap, I mean, $6 for a meal is not bad at all. So, everyone can come in here to get proper nutrition and they can have a fun workout class. A crowd favorite has actually been our energizing tea. People have already used it to replace their Monster habits,” Schopp-Regenold said.

Route 66 Nutrition is located at 111 N. Mill Street.
