The Pontiac Area Chamber of Commerce is offering the “Shop Local, Shop Chamber” sweepstakes again through the month of July, giving people a chance to win big with Chamber gift certificates.

Executive Director Mindi Terrell explains how it works, and even goes on to talk about how PROUD is helping out.

“So this is our promotion where you can shop at local Chamber businesses, turn your receipt in to the Chamber and you’ll be entered into a sweepstakes to win Chamber gift certificates. We’re excited to have this promotion again this year. We had it a couple times last year. We are doing that in conjunction with PROUD, who is putting together a couple events in the downtown area, so it should get you to the downtown area to do some shopping and you can turn those receipts in,” Terrell said.
