The Pontiac Area Chamber of Commerce held its Issues and Eggs Thursday morning, with guest speaker, Linda Rhodes.

Rhodes is the health education and marketing director for the Livingston County Health Department and she spoke about its fifty year history in the county and how it’s grown and changed throughout the years. While some things changed, one thing has stayed the same.

“I think the one thing that’s withstood the test of time through the last fifty years is providing immunizations to prevent disease. Prevention is the number one thing we need to do,” Rhodes said.
